Mavericks

This project was a full renovation, which we project managed from start to finish, working in close collaboration with the client — an art writer with a strong creative vision and a clear understanding of how she wanted the home to feel.

From the outset, this was a highly design-led project. We worked together throughout the design process, developing bespoke solutions and refining details to create a space that feels individual, considered and layered. Key features included custom-built cabinetry in the lounge, designed to integrate storage, seating and display, a bespoke shower screen with a distinctive yellow trim, and a stainless steel kitchen worktop, chosen for both its practicality and striking visual impact.

The interiors make confident use of colour, texture and materials, from geometric flooring and soft terrazzo finishes to carefully curated lighting and joinery. Every element was selected to work together, creating a cohesive aesthetic that feels contemporary yet warm, playful yet refined.

Alongside delivering all plumbing and heating works, we managed the entire refurbishment, coordinating builders, carpenters, tilers, electricians and other trades, overseeing schedules and suppliers to ensure the design vision was carried through consistently at every stage.

This was a genuinely collaborative process and an absolute pleasure from start to finish — a project where creativity, trust and craftsmanship came together to produce a truly distinctive home.
