Steppy Downs was a full property renovation where we were involved from concept through to completion. Working closely with the client, we provided practical design input and guidance, helping to shape the spaces while balancing aesthetics, performance and long-term functionality.

We then oversaw the complete renovation, managing multiple trades, organising materials and coordinating day-to-day site activity, while delivering all plumbing and heating installations. The result is a cohesive, thoughtfully executed home, delivered with clarity and attention to detail at every stage.
